Dominic Foster has spent 13 years as a strength and conditioning coach, mostly with youth and amateur players. He earned his Exercise Science degree from Loughborough back in 2009 and has been on the training-ground side of the game ever since, still running sessions most weekends. Most of his work looks at training drills, conditioning, skill development, and injury prevention. When he’s not coaching, he’s usually out walking his dog, which he calls the most underrated exercise there is.
