Swindon Town have been linked with a move for a prolific goal scorer as Richie Wellens looks to get his side ready for a promotion push in 2019-20.
The former Oldham manager is going back in for a familiar face with Bradford front man Eoin Doyle reportedly his number on target.
According to journalist Alan Nixon, the 31-year-old Irishman could be headed to the County Ground if a fee can be agreed between the two sides.
SWINDON. Keen to sign striker Doyle from BRADFORD.

Doyle signed for Bradford last summer from Preston on the same day as the Yorkshire club allowed Charlie Wyke to leave for Sunderland. The striker struggled as the Bantams underperformed with some decisions at boardroom level being hugely questionable.
Doyle still hit 11 goals in 48 appearances but could be allowed to move on this summer as Richie Wellens looks to sign a striker who netted 16 times in 34 matches for him at Oldham in 2017-18.
Swindon desperately need a goal scorer they can rely on after finishing 13th last season with their top marksmen, Michael Doughty, netting 13 times from midfield.
Wellens wants to bring in a fast paced, gengen pressing brand of football to the Wiltshire club in 2019-20 and has already stated his desire to have a smaller squad with more quality than the bloated one he inherited after taking over from Phil Brown in November.
11 players were released this summer and Doyle could be the first signing in a much needed rebuild.
