Ipswich and Rotherham are eying up a move to sign Ross County defender Tom Grivosti in January.
The defender is in the final six months of his contract at Dingwall and is having an excellent season with the Staggies. This has sparked interest from a number of English clubs including the League One pair Ipswich Town and Rotherham United, according to reports.
The Liverpool-born defender has been out with a foot injury but Ross County bosses Stuart Kettlewell and Steven Ferguson want to extend his stay with the club.
The 20-year-old, who came through the youth ranks at Bolton Wanderers, is on the radar of several clubs but League One high-flyers Ipswich and Rotherham are interested in signing the youngster who could be available in this coming transfer window with little time left on his current deal.
The Millers are just one point outside the play-off places and currently trail The Tractor Boys by four points in the table. Both are expected to make modest improvements in January, a notoriously difficult window to get value for money.
Ross County will be hoping Grivosti sees his short-term future with the club but they may be forced to sell if a new contract does not materialise.
