English Language & Journalism graduate trying to get experience in writing. I live and breathe football, and have an apparent fondness for suffering – given my allegiance as a Port Vale fan for the best part of two decades.

.Team Supported: Port Vale

.First Match Attended & the Year: I’ll be honest I don’t particularly remember. It was the late nineties with my Dad and Grandad and I was only about 4 or 5 years old, I’d guess about 1998/99? Season ticket holder for the past 10 years.

.Most Memorable Match: Unfortunately I’ve missed a few massive games due to my age, but in recent years I think the 7-1 win over Burton Albion has to be the stand out. We were a team on the up having just come out of admin and that performance epitomised the whole season.

.Your favourite player of all time: Louis Dodds in recent times, clever player on his day – Mark Goodlad overall, we haven’t had a better ‘keeper since.

.Things you like least about modern football: Booing your own players. I’ve seen many clubs fans do it, not on for me. Also the money of the Prem, but that’s a bit obvious.

.Favourite flavour crisps: Pickled Onion Monster Munch
